From next week, all three of the books will finally be available at The Lizard itself. A young woman has taken a container and turned it into an ongoing venture. She is selling shelf space and baskets for folk to sell their crafts, or in my case, books. She’s covering the outside with wood so that it looks anything but an old container, and I can’t wait to see it full of pottery and art and all things cleverly Cornish. Do look for her on Facebook. Twisted Lizard, where you can see the transformation. The books are also available at The Bookshop In Helston. A reasonably new venture that is being well supported by the locals. It is stocked to the gunnels with a wonderful range of really good books. I was super impressed and enjoyed my three hours there. They do great coffee too.
Sadly I am all alone here, as Mike had to go back to sort out family, but I can’t imagine it will be too long before we are back. The Lizard, even on the wettest, coldest day, takes your breath away.
