This is nearly a week late because I’ve had a rather nasty bout of anxiety. I managed one or two things but mostly I couldn’t concentrate. When you feel that unwell and are unsure when it’s going to be over, the worst thing is that it stops you looking forward to things. Like lunch, feeling hungry, a wedding, waking up, etc. It truly robs you of your joy. Thank goodness the end does seem to be in sight, and I have been supported by some lovely understanding people.

So to all who suffer with anxiety, so sorry. I know how horribly tough it can be.
